This help page explains how to use the Christ The Savior Ministry online eBook reader. Select a topic from the left sidebar to view instructions on the right.
The eBook reader allows users to open books, turn pages, zoom, inspect text with a magnifier, and read faith-based resources in a simple digital format.
Open an eBook
- Go to the eBook Library page.
- Select the book you want to read.
- Wait for the first page to fully load.
- Begin reading by using the page controls.
Zoom
The zoom feature helps make text and images easier to read.
- Available zoom levels are 100%, 125%, 150%, 175%, 200%, 225%, 250%, 275%, and 300%.
- Use the zoom controls to enlarge or reduce the page.
- When zoomed in, scroll within the viewing area to see the full page.
Magnifier
The magnifier allows you to inspect small text without changing the current page zoom.
- Turn on the Magnifier tool.
- Move the magnifier over the page.
- Click and drag the magnifier to the area you want to inspect.
Full Screen
Full Screen mode gives more reading space and is helpful when viewing larger pages or zoomed content.
- Click the Full Screen button if available.
- Press the Escape key to exit Full Screen mode.
Page-Turn Sound
A page-turn sound may play when moving between pages.
- The sound plays when using Next, Previous, page corners, dragging, or the page slider.
- If no sound is heard, check the device volume and browser sound permissions.
Troubleshooting
- If the book does not open, refresh the page and try again.
- If pages appear blank, allow more time for the eBook to load.
- If controls do not respond, close and reopen the browser tab.
- If the issue continues, contact the site administrator.
